Inauguration of the New Hokage (open) (NDE)

((This will be open for one week after being posted. After that week this will be closed to having any new posts. Do know you only have one post to use here. There is no attacking, infiltrating, or killing here.))

Jojo Kaguya was coming back from her initial training spot as she had just learned many skills and jutsu. Her left eye was replaced by an electrical circuit though covered by her head band. She initially is one that no-one has ever touched aside from a few events in her past. She however was being made the Hokage by the new council of peers whom she grew up with and her own skills have saved in the past. She however didn't like the fact that this inauguration was made so publicly.

After all, she had been an AnBu and was trained to be secretive but seeing as to how this was she was the only good candidate for Hokage. The council had voted unanimously for her to be the Hokage anyways, or so she believed. She took the risks heavily and knew what she was getting into to some degree as her own life was one that posed dangers to many possibilities. She herself was a killer but not one that is quite possible that she could also become a lover. She hasn't given up all her life for the blade but most of it was given away to it.

While inside her bedroom, before heading to the Hall of Kage she would look up at the sky through her window. How funny it was that all her time in this room, not a single assassination was attempted here but rather in her field of work. She almost though the world was becoming too lax in that respect but it wasn't anything she herself would worry about as she took a clean and warm shower. Showering off the dust and grime that had been put onto her from the mission's events she had done just a day ago. Come to think of it she never felt so relaxed before...

Until she felt the burning. The water was a green color, the color of acid, and she was bathing in it. Her face didn't show pain though, as she performed a single few hand signs that would cloak her body in black raiton chakra. She didn't feel the burning anymore but instead heard the sound of a sword swing. She would duck down as the blade sliced through the metals of the shower's walls and she would dive out and into the main room. She smiled as the assassin was apparently a boy as she looked and saw his eyes seeking out her busom. Having just gotten out of the shower she was in the nude.

Of course this didn't last long as she would jump into the air widening her body as she would lift one leg and kick into the jaw line of the assassin. He was not very trained and must have been a fairly new due to never having seen a naked woman before. Her body however was clean and now she would dry off and clothe herself as she threw the near dead boy out the window. Five stories up and the boy would now surely be dead. Her mind relaxed and she would jump out the window but disappear with a raiton styled shunshin as she would travel towards the Kage Hall.

Once inside she was forced to remove the clothing she had just put on but this was by her stylist whom would dress her into the most beautiful kimono. This was just part of her job as to make Jojo a beauty and seeing all the scars that lined Jojo's body made tears come to the eyes of the stylist. She had never seen so many scars and the one that laid over Jojo's left breast was one that just gave chills into the stylist herself. The eye was covered by the head band again and the kimono laid over her undergarments.

She was now the new Kage and stood out in front of the crowds of the shinobi and civilians whom came to see the new Hokage. She would look out over the crowd as the pledges were made that she would live to serve the spot of Hokage until her duties were done and fulfilled by premature death or retirement. Once doing so this would be the top spot until reaching the time of retired Kage she would ever hold. Then, with a miraculous voice over the largest span of the ground the single line was heard. "Welcome the new Kyudaime Hokage!"

Shuri awoke the moment the sun hit him, Sunlight was something he usually strongly disagreed with but today he couldn't complain. The woman who Shuri cared for above all else was to become Hokage today. How sad it would be if the Sun weren't to attend her ceremony. Shuri sat up and looked around his house. It was sad and dreary, the way he loved it. The walls were dressed in black and the furniture was composed of bones that Shuri had collected from his work as the village undertaker. They were clean and free of disease of course.

But Shuri hadn't the time to dally. He needed to make haste lest this day go to waste. Jumping out of bed, he reached into a closet and outfitted himself in black robes and leather boots, adorned with straps that had no function, other than to look stunning. Onto his ears he inserted 6 earrings each and he let his long white hair fall over his face, to hide his piercing double irised eyes and the unsightly scar running from his chin to his forehead. Lastly, with his long black finger nails did he pick up a small floppy tophat, that could easily fall off with the merest breeze.

As the ceremony wasn't until later in the day, Shuri spent most of his day fufilling his main occupation, as even on a joyous day such as this, new members of the desceased needed to be examined, cleaned, and dressed in a handsome outfit, which they would wear to the last ceremony of their lives; their funeral. Walking into the funeral home, Shuri placed eyeglasses upon his face and slipped on a white coat. An assistant named Sogo handed him a clip board and ran him through his daily agenda. Cut, clean, dress. Simple enough.

During work, Shuri's thoughts driftted towards that of Ms. Kaguya. Before he had fallen for her, he had been so indifferent of the world. He could watch a murder take place without the slightest hint of emotion. The only thing that mattered to Shuri was anything that amused him. But since falling in love, he had been introduced to many things. Many feelings that he had not been able to comprehend before. And now that she was to become Hokage, Shuri would definitely have to care for the well-being of the village, a village that he saw only as a living space, or he would most liklely recieve and earful. What was becoming of him? What a queer thing love was.

Near the end of work, the body of a young male was wheeled in. A foreigner for sure. A spy perhaps? Or maybe even an assassin. Either way he was surely prepared to kill. But due to the lace of the presence of blood on his weapon, he obviously had not fufilled this goal. It was also quite clear that he became distracted due to a certain...erm...body part...that was striken with Rigor mortis. Curious of what had happened to this man, he asked Sogo for the identity of his killer. Sogo coughed and hesitantly replied "Um...it seems to have been the uh...future Hokage." Shuri stared blankly for a moment before turning around and shuddering. No wonder the man had fallen. He himself would have stood no chance in the same position.

The time of the inauguration had arrived, and Shuri found himself stuck in the traffic of pedestrains waiting to watch their new leader. He finally got close enough to see the woman of the hour, but everything was a blur due to his poor eyesight. He had left his glasses in his lab coat. In a hurry, Shuri navigated through the crowd and climbed to the top of the masion where the ceremony was taking place. By the time he had gotten to the top, a loud roar welcoming the new Kage had blown his hat off. Shuri walked closer to Jojo and admired her beauty, beauty that couldn't be ruined by a mssing eye or countless scars. Lifting the hair from his face, Shuri smiled and said happily, "Welcome, Lady Hokage."

This day was special as it was the day that the leaf was holding a celebration for the new Hokage. Yaiko knew who it was and most of her mission reports. He maybe a Genin but he knew everything that went on in the village just by keeping his ears open but how he knew about the new Hokage was because he snuck in the records room just about every night and read up on everyone in the village. The young Genin thought that they made the best decision based on her back round. He wanted to meet the new lady Hokage. He was wondering what her plains were for the village and everything else. He wasn’t apart of any squad yet so he figured he would just bug the new Hokage till she sent him on a mission. He knew this day was very important for the village and the streets would be crowded with everyone. So he took the back way to the Hokage Mountain that he mapped out and wall climb to the top then jump off and lend close to the Hokage. The Genin worked out the plain and a way past the guards. His way up the mountain was a quite easy and he didn’t see many guards but he didn’t think anything of it.

He reached the top of the Hokage mountain and decided to have a tiny brake and laid down and look at the clouds even though everyone yelling didn’t make it peaceful he just wanted to relax a tiny bit after all no Genin would be allowed to see the new Hokage in front of the entire village. Yaiko didn’t really care too much for rules he didn’t like so he just found his way around it. It was about time to surprise the new Hokage. The Genin stood as far back as possible and started to run across the top of the mountain. When he almost reached the other side he leaped and was now staring at the entire village in midair.

He kind of went into a free fall not knowing how high the mountain was to take off his coat half way down and managed to get a guest of wind to slow him down before he fell full force into the ground. He landed a few feet away from the Hokage and as soon as he landed on his feet he spun around on one foot and reached into his cost pocket to pull out a wrapped gift. The gift was in the shape of a kunai for the new Hokage. He threw it at the Hokage of course he knew assassins were out their but he loved jokes. The box contained one of yaiko's family crystals. It was Pitch black in color and if held up at the sun it makes the crystal look as if ration flows through the crystal its self. There is no other crystal like this in the world and has been in yaiko's family for thousands of years. Hopefully the Hokage goes easy on his punishment.

'Thanks' the body with pink salmon hair said as the nitrogen traveled up the body, finally freezing him and ending the boy's life. The genin dropped to his knees, realizing what he had just done. He had killed a Missing-Ninja, he had killed him. His body shuddered, it didn't know how to react. Did he feel proud that he just accomplished such a task? Or did he feel murderous for accomplishing such a task. It all washed over the genin quickly, the new sensations of finally knowing how destructive his Kekkei Genkai techniques were. It was his first time using one against an opponent and not training them, but to know that they killed so easily? It scared him. So what was his first reaction to killing the man known as Kamui? He vomited next to the frozen body. And out of the vomit emerged a gruesome sight, a decomposing Kamui with a sickening yellow grin.

"Kizoku-kun, are you going to feed me?" The Genin was then strapped to a chair with a chain, forbidding his movements. Sweat rolled down him as the corpse slowly moved upon him, the smell of death filling his nostrils. "No? Well then, I guess you're my food!" The mouth of the deceased Missing-Ninja unhinged itself similar to a snake and he came upon Kizoku and lunged to bite into his throat. One last word emitted from the corpse, 'Thanks'.

The crimson haired genin shot up out of bed and immediately ran to the bathroom to empty the contents of his stomach. It had been a week since the fight on the Hokage Monument and every night since then Kamui had been haunting his dreams. It was true that it was a feat of it's own to be the first one in his class to kill, but it was another feat to kill a Missing-Ninja at a young age. Something that Kizoku apparently still hadn't gotten a grip of yet. But he would have to push the thoughts of that away, for right now he had somewhere to be. And that somewhere, was the Village Center.

Throwing on his hood, Kizoku walked out of his small house on the edge of the village and made the long walk to the center. Today, the Hokage would be announced. And the Hokage was someone the he had met just recently. Jojo Kaguya, the Jounin turned Anbu turned Hokage. The walk didn't take as long as he thought it would and Kizoku quickly found himself in the crowd, that welcomed the Kyuudaime Hokage. The genin smiled and watched excitedly as Jojo was inaugurated. And finally Kizoku felt as if it was peaceful in the village, for the new Hokage, would bring a wind of change to the village, and to it's people.

Jojo was proud of her ninja and those comrades whom she fought, laughed, and sang with all together. This was just who she was and by far the most productive ambition of hers was to live out the legacy of those whom she incidentally killed. That was a lot of people and she herself would rather not possess such feelings as she herself was one to keep such incentives within her own body and mind. So for now she would address the shinobi that gathered but before she could there were a couple things that happened.

One, her deepest and most profound friend from training and hard ship, Shuri, decided to pop up next to her and it was there that she would hear him say, "Welcome, Lady Hokage." This happened to warm her up but she was oddly stricken dumbfounded when a lowly genin decided to have fun. Jumping up and over the ridge in towards the gathered spot she was in. Her eyes noticed something shaped as a kunai and she would lean over Shuri and snatch it. Of course the way she leaned over him could very well entice most men to desires unforeseen but for her knowing of Shuri and his odd obedience to her she didn't have anything to worry about. She would tell two of her jounin guards, none were Shuri, to apprehend the prankster and bring him to her office. She would lean backwards and look back out into the crowd blushing from just realizing what position she put Shuri into.

"People of Konoha. I, as your new Hokage, will fill this position to uphold it's name to the highest decree. Under no circumstances will any of you see me try to destroy, tamper, or mark the office and name of Hokage with shame or regret. I thank you all for coming and you are all welcome to the ceremony after party scheduled just for being here. Enjoy your afternoon and your lives in the safest village that I can promise you all. And as a sign that I will always uphold this promise I will take up the name Soren to replace Kaguya as sign of commitment of this village's deeds over my own." She smiled and bowed to the entire nation of Konoha and would then turn and yet looking back at Shuri, "Thank you for coming my friend. Enjoy yourself and please don't go back to the gravestones, there has to be something better you can do." And after saying this she would leave with the "kunai shaped gift" in her hand.
