The office is a large structure built on top the highest tier of the capitol city and is the most recognizable landmark. In here, the Kage sits and makes decisions regarding the village.
A set of rooms inside the Administration Building, this is where Hunter-Nin can accept missions and recooperate after battle. Although many do not accept this option, the HQ offers free housing to the ninja by rooms with two to three bunks a room.
One of the harshest places in the village, the criminal hospital is used to keep criminals alive, but just barely. The conditions inside are horrible and food is given once a day. Clean drinking water has to be shipped into the hospital for the taps have either all been shut off, or are connected to the sewers. The soundproofing seals keeps the screams of the criminals underwraps and many a civilian do not know such a place exists.
