History:Home Arc:Kagero wasn't always cold and emotionless like he is now. Kagero grew up in a house with parents that seemed too busy to care about him. They constantly beat him for no reason when they were angry. He despised both of his parents. He took up martial arts so that he could defend himself should they attack him again. He was kicked out of the house a year after finishing martial arts lessons with a 9th-degree black belt in all known martial arts (he had been studying martial arts seriously for 9 years.).
Shinobi Life Arc:It was a few months after his parents kicked him out that he ran into his first true love. They had just graduated from the Ninja Academy. They were put on the same squad. When they received their first mission, they were sent to the Land of Lightning. It was on the way to the Hidden Cloud Village that they were attacked by a squad of Samurai warriors. One of the Samurai managed to get behind his loved one and threaten to kill her should the squad not comply with their orders. Having quite a bit of experience with martial arts, he immediately jumped into the air, kicking what seemed to be nothing. What came as a shock was that it wasn't the kick that hit the Samurai warrior holding his loved one, but the shockwave from the kick. A few days after the ordeal, they managed to finish their mission: to bring some important documents to the Raikage.
The Death Arc:A few years after the squad came home from their mission, Kagero and his loved one had decided to settle down in a home just outside of the Hidden Leaf Village, an area known as Hidden Leaf Highway. Not long after they moved into their new home, a war broke out. They were both sent to the frontline on the orders of the Daimyo of the Land of Fire. While battling in a forest where their battalion had been intercepted, Kagero's loved one was mortally injured. He held her as tightly as he could, telling her to hold on. She died in his arms. He cried, so much so that he couldn't breathe. It was from this point on that he had decided to never love again so as to avoid the same kind of pain he had just experienced. Her death caused Kagero, a once kind and warm person, to turn cold and bitter. Since then, Kagero has kept his heart locked while searching for the reincarnation of his loved one.
Extra Information:Kagero spends his time playing guitar (both acoustic and electric) and hanging out with his pupil. He has little remorse for anything, even going as far as seeming to be completely serious when he says he'll "kill someone." The only person he cares for at all at the moment is his pupil. Kagero is also a master martial artist, even being as skilled as to be able to perform ninja-style parkour moves, such as double backflips on simple jumps off the ground, running up walls, running on walls, and even leaping 5-story buildings without the use of chakra. He is regarded as one of the martial arts masters of the Hidden Leaf. Kagero has 3 theme songs:

RP Sample:Russ had been couped up in an office all day. Looking at the paperwork piled up infront of him, he sighed. Holding his head, Russ thought about the days when these official documents meant little to nothing to him. He missed those days.
It was 1 o'clock in the afternoon, and Russ was getting bored. He had always wondered to himself why he decided to take this path, but this time, it was even less clear to him. He thought to himself, "Maybe I'll go to the beach when I finish this paperwork." He remembered when his parents used to bring him to the beach when they weren't so busy.
A few hours had passed since he had last accomplished anything, and it was hard to concentrate on such a hot summer day. Attempting to finish the paperwork was futile, since every thought eventually turned to summer sports or summer snacks. He hadn't had a snack in a while, and the taste of ice cream was still lingering in his mouth.
After a few more hours, he had finally managed to take care of his quotia of paperwork for the day. He got up, picked up his stuff, and left for the beach with the thoughts of swimming, beach volleyball and games of split the watermelon on his mind.
