He Who Talks Tough...

'...talks nothing at all...'

Kizoku finished the words of his father in his head, for some reason that quote came to him today as he sat on top of the Hokage Mountain. The young genin stared off into the distance and wondered many things. But one thought ran through his mind.

'Kishi...'

It had been at exactly this spot where his older brother Kishi had gifted him his own set of metal claws -which were now stored in a storage scroll which only required chakra to open- and where Kizoku himself had preformed his first Chissoton technique. This place was a special place for the boy, and none could ruin it. Well, maybe some could ruin it. Behind him a group of loud academy students were playing 'ninja' with dulled and toyed shuriken undoubtly gifted to them by their parents. The laughter filled his ears and annoyed the genin to no end. Especially when one of the shuriken hit his head.

Turning his head and picking up the small toy, the genin with the crimson hair had a look of malice in his eyes; unintentionally of course. The academy students shuddered in fear and grabbed the toy and ran away. Finally peace and quiet for the genin. Of course, that was until anyone else came.

A noise could be heard, though the sound of Academy Students playing had dissapeared. It was loud and almost angry sounding. A person hearing it might believe that some kind of animal was growling. But instead the sound came from a 19 year old's belly. It was rumbling heavily. Kamui had travelled all the way to Konoha in order to meet strong people, but decided he was much too hungry to be fighting anytime soon. So he bought about 3 large bowls of ramen, said to be the best in the Leaf, and travelled to the highest point in the village where he could scout for tough looking people. He tok a seat near a Genin looking to be in a bad mood, and started eating like a monster, showing no manner whatsoever. His hands were wrapped in cloth and he sat underneath an umbrella to keep the sun off him. He wore his usual happy smile. Eventually he became bored of the sound of his own chewing, and decided to try to strike up a conversation with the genin. Maybe he had a sensei who was strong.

"Heya! Why so quiet? Ain't it a bit lonely sittin' up here?"

The crimson haired Genin had been lost in thought, he had to train so he could get stronger; so he could avenge his parents death with his brother Kishi. He needed to create more Chissoton techniques and restore the clan to it's former glory. With the thought of his parents death, the Genin's hood had blown off of his head and the leaves of a nearby cherry blossom plant had circled his head. The male of Konoha smiled and captured some in his hand and held them close to his heart. His mother was just listening, and he knew she approved of his actions. But the thing was, how could he talk back? With that thought gone and passed, Kizoku let the blossom's leaves fly out of his hand and watched them seemingly dance in the wind past the gates of Konoha. There was no doubt, she was going to find Kishi.

Then, through the soft wind, Kizoku heard someone approaching and his mood quickly diminished. His alone time had yet again been compromised and what was worse! The one who interrupted his thoughts had to sit right next to him. The little voice in the back of Kizoku's head kept yelling at the boy to pull out his metal claws and teach the stranger a lesson, but the angel on his shoulder kept telling him no. It was all fine, Kizoku could just stare at the horizon, but that plan died when the stranger started to talk to him. Finally, the redhead turned his head to get his first glimpse at the stranger. And his first thought?

'Is that pink hair?' It was was to tell from the Genin's point-of-view since the man was sitting underneath an- umbrella? Wow was this guy weird.. What manly Shinobi carries around an umbrella and has pink-hued hair? Surely the man next to him wasn't from Konoha, but why was he here? Kizoku couldn't find a headband which stated the man's affiliation, but Kizoku was also too naive to pull out the Bingo Book his brother had gifted him and check for this man. Finally, Kizoku decided to answer the man- no, it was an older teen! Well, the older teen's question,

"Lonely? Heh, I've been lonely for a while now, it's just another day," Kizoku's eyes narrowed as he let off a minute amount of killer intent, and he could feel a small loss of his precious chakra from doing so. He growled slightly at his mistake and quickly fondled his fingers in his pocket, finding a small piece of chakra-enhanced candy his brother had given him to restore the chakra. He whipped his mouth and finally spoke to the teen, his right hand hovering over his kunai holster, "Village Affiliation and Order of Business,"

The boy was red haired, the color not being off from his own. Yet Kamui could feel that he was being judged. It didn't exactly bother him though. He was extremely proud of who he was, whether it be his salmon pink hair, his large blue eyes, or his extreme bloodlust and power. Things to be proud of. What did a weak regular shinobi have to be proud of? The only thing that made Kamui happy was fighting, and he had the gifts to do so. But did this person have the gifts to make them happy? While Kamui thought of this, he could feel a strange chakra come from the boy, which smelled of nitrogen and the desire to kill. The desire to make someone suffer. For a slight moment, it got the better of Kamui, and his face began to wind up, revealing something a bit chaotic. But he settled himself down, and thought for a moment. The angry kid didn't seem old enough to have much experience. It wouldn't be fun to fight him at all. And he didn't want to kill someone who had the potential to become strong. So Kamui complied with him when he asked his information.

"Village Association and order of buisness? That ain't too polite to be askin someone ya just met. You Konoha ninja sure get down to buisness. Would you believe I'm a High Ranking Lord here to negotiate peace? Or do I smell too much like blood for that to sound plausible?" Kamui said cheerfully. He loved messing with others, even if he had no intention of fighting.

The Genin noticed for the first time that the stranger had dark blue eyes, practically matching his own bright cerulean. It seemed as if the two had much more in common then he thought. But then, the teen's mood diminished again once he heard the latter speak. A mood so cheerful for being in a foreign place, and now, Kizoku had half a mind too pull out his Bingo Book and check. But, wouldn't that just be plain rude? The boy searched once more for a headband but deemed it impossible unless he wasn't looking at the teen head on. The sentence that the teen muttered make Kizoku actually chuckle, why would he believe that this person was looking for peace? Last time Kizoku checked, the villages were still arguing and war might be just around the corner.

"I cannot see a headband, therefore I must ask," the crimson haired Genin stated as he pointed to his own, located on his forehead. Kizoku knew the only Missing-Ninja truly allowed back into the village was his brother Kishi since he wasn't exiled, but requested to become one. Once he finds their parents murderer, then Kizoku wouldn't be so alone anymore, he'd have his brother back. And, his family would finally be at peace. Kizoku's thoughts however went unheard as he turned fully to the stranger, apprehensive of giving his name. But if he gave his own, he would be able to find out the name of this stranger. And by having read his Bingo Book front to back, he knew pretty much every Missing-Ninja there was in the Elemental Nations. But, if it was for the sake of the village...

"Kitai, Kizoku," the boy said, extending his arm slightly to point to himself, but oddly enough, he did not point to his chest like most people did but to his upper chin. In the religion his mother studied it was considered a sin to point to the chest as it was a sacred area of the body, so in their house, they pointed to their face. When Kizoku introduced himself, the tattoos the ran from his wrist to his forearm were shown. Kizoku was proud of the red, black, and blue staining his skin forever, it showed his clan's ways, even though the symbol was located on his dog tag which was adorned around his neck. "May I ask for yours?"

Jojo's eyes maneuvered through the fields as she jumped and twisted through the area with such delicate ease it was a sport. To her all of this was far too easy as she trained that morning on superior techniques for her medical talents. A medical expert by far yet adorning the marks that she was a combat ninja by her souba katana hanging on her back. The cords that has the sword positioned to be carried acted as a sash as well and that was her village headband. With a smile she ran towards the spot where she has been noticing things such as the after marks of training nearby where she herself trains.

Entering the area was simple for her. Just a jump or two with a few twists and turns through the thicket as she emerged out of the shady and by far the darkest spot of the field as she saw two people talking. One spoke his name and she knew he was one of the village's younger ninja while the other seemed to be something else. She didn't know too much about this guy and whether or not she had seen him in the bingo book was also a different story. She would walk out and her white clothing foretold the aspects of an insane person while her long green hair moved freely. Her golden eyes scanning and always sure.

She would walk out to the pair and ask kindly like that of a mother, "May I ask what you two are doing here?" She was one with distinguishable quality in a way. She did note their unusual hair but that didn't bother her as much as the looks of acceptance by the younger Konoha Ninja without taking any precaustions. This was what bothered her most but that did not show on her face. Her facial expression was a mask of deception. She was looking at these two with a kind face while forming a plan of attack if things were to say---get ugly.

The Konoha kid introduced himself. It seemed rather odd that he went out of his way to point at his chin and not his chest. "Kitai, Kizoku." he said. Kamui was surprised that he would introduce himself so easily, as he seemed to be the kind of person to ignore others. What was also strange was for him to have tattoos at such a young age. It must have something to do with a clan. With the Genin introducing himself, Kamui was obligated to introduce himself as well, but stopped as another presence appeared. A woman of considerable skill walked up to them. She had strange green hair and white clothes, but even a monster like Kamui had to admit she was really pretty. She spoke in a kind manner, asking what they were doing their, and had a nice expression. Kamui stood up and dusted himself off with one hand while holding his umbrella in the other. 

"I'm Kamui of the Yato clan. I came here to eat when I met this kind kid. Its nice ta meet both of ya." Kamui said. It was obvious that giving out his name might put him in danger but Kamui loved danger. Either he would kill having fun or die having fun. Both alternatives were lovely.

Shortly after Kizoku had introduced himself, another Konoha ninja walked up to the pair and wondered what they were doing. Kizoku knew little of this woman but at least knew her by name. This was Jojo Kaguya, a Jonin of the Konohagakure Village. Kizoku saw a strange look on her face for only a moment, and he figured it was probably because he had so readily accepted this stranger into his presence. The crimson haired Genin flashed her a look as to say, "I know what I'm doing" and turned his head to the salmon-pink haired stranger as he introduced himself. And when he did, Kizoku recognized the name almost instantly. The boy then grabbed a kunai from his holster and back-flipped, landing on his feet and holding the kunai horizontally across his face.

If this was the Kamui of the Yato clan, then Kizoku was in for some trouble, and he was glad that the Kaguya had came along. The Kitai growled and narrowed his eyes at his opponent, almost ready for a fight. It seemed as if studying his Bingo Book day and night did come in handy, and all the kids at Academy said otherwise... "Why are you here, Yato-san?" Kizoku asked with malice in his voice, "Why would a Missing-Ninja from Kumogakure really be here in Konoha?" Maybe it was stupid for the Genin to give the teen his name, but if they really had to fight, he was sure that the Jonin who just joined them would help erase his short-term memory.


(OOC: Yeah, it's fine, mine's short too. But Fact Time! In the Japanese Religion of Buddhism or Shintoism -I forget which one- they never point to their chest, but more to their face. The things Japanese Class tell you! xD)

The person had introduced himself and by the sounds of it and the reaction portrayed by the genin of Konoha she was pleased with it at the time and would merely put her hand on the sword hilt on her back as she smiled lightly with a good plan as she stood her ground a mere twenty so feet away as her eyes focused and her adrenaline pumping while she thought, "At times I truly worry for the youth of these years. I mean, seriously we give them everything and now look at them? They are far too trusting but thankfully a select few have known their wits and studied. I am proud of that fact at the very least."

"A missing nin? Oh what luck is bestowed to me now?" She smiled, She however didn't draw her blade nor do anything else of the sort as she would then passively smile as she thought, "I'm mostly a medical ninja but maybe this can awaken some of the ideal necessary training I need for jutsu in the future and such for my black lightning jutsu style... Only time can tell." She would smile and then pop her neck as she would then widen her stance while centering her field of gravity as she would then focus her eyes on the missing nin and then with a grande ability she would then lower her back as if to give more access to attack her back but no, this style was used for speed and adrenaline flow attacks to work ever so more smoothly.

A slight rustling noise could be heard from the bushes. a muscular, tall man came out of the bushes. Dual katanas sheathed in a crss-cross formatiom across his back. He looked at the obviously foreign shinobi. "... Hey. Nice eating skills. If you wanna fight, I'll be your opponent." The coldness in his voice was almost enough to literally make one shiver.

(OOC: Sorry for the short post, but iPods lag like hell on here, so this is all I can do.)

After he had given his name, the kid jumped back and readied himself, as did the woman. "A kid and a woman? Those are my least favorite people to fight..." Kamui said sounding a tad bit dissapointed. But then more company showed up, in the form of a a man with two katanas. The coldness of his voice sent a shiver into Kamui, but not one of fear. One that made Kamui's eyes widen and take on the look that suggested he was thinking of sick thoughts. 

"Well now...this ain't too fair. 3 people ganging up on one person? But then again, I couldn't ask for anything better." Kamui said. He got into a ready position but then kneeled over and held his stomache. "Urk...ugh..." Kamui rushed over behind a tree and threw up a bit of the 3 bowls of ramen. "I ate too much...it was really good though...maybe I'll get more later..." Kamui reached in his pocket and pulled out some cloth that he wrapped around his head and once this was completed, he closed his umbrella and held it like one would hold a sword.

Kizoku's eyes widened as yet another Jounin entered the area, but Kizoku had no idea whom this man was and his abilities. The tone the man had when he addressed Kamui sent a shiver up his own spine, it wasn't a tone that he had heard before and it honestly scared the young Genin. But then, Kizoku gained a comical sight as the Missing-Ninja ended up up-chucking his lunch, but now, Kizoku got serious. Out of his back pocket, a simple sealing scroll was unearthed. The crimson haired Genin quickly laid the scroll onto the ground and channeled chakra into the scroll via his hand, unsealing his most prized possession; his metal claws. The Kitai quickly slipped the claws over his hands and smiled as flesh was reunited with the cold and chilling metal.

The Genin quickly rolled the scroll back up and replaced it in his pocket, the gift from his brother was a cherished one and he made sure not to lose it. Kizoku then smirked and pulled up his hood using both hands, and once done, slashed the claws in front of him in an x-shaped pattern, the claws seemingly giving off their own light with a barely visible streak of light being left in it's tracks. The Genin quickly noticed that Kamui was getting serious and held his umbrella as one would a sword. The Bingo Book never mentioned this, and Kizoku would now have more data to add to his copy and give a story for his brother once he returned. Cerulean eyes narrowed and crimson bangs fell upon his face, Kizoku growled slightly, as to show the Jounin he was ready to fight.

Jojo's eyes went on a rampage as she noted the new person to enter the area. He was actually a colleague of hers from her own academy and the two of them had a history of their own in some aspects. Her body did not chill like she saw in the genin's own body. Having not seen each other in many years but she didn't mind that as she was normally an older shinobi than most given her perspective but no matter as she rushed forward only after having given up some chakra for her use. She would perform one handed hand signs as her body surrounded itself in black raiton chakra.

The orb of raiton chakra surrounded her and grew into a full out ball as it swirled around her with such strength and agility. She herself was one who possessed the skill of black raiton and now her plasma sphere jutsu swirled and completely surrounded her body. She herself had grand skill and now her attack swirled and she herself charged forward with the jutsu skill she just used and summoned up within herself. She would pull out her sword and do well to swing the sword that efectively attacked but hard to say if it touched the opponent as her attack was meant to match the same time as her allied Jounin's maneuver as her blade was associated to slash downward to cleave her opponent in two.

The Numbers:

Kagero looked at the female jonin. "It's been a long time, Jojo." While he said this, memories of their past together flashed through his mind. His thoughts then turned to the battle that was about to begin. Without another word, Kagero began to dash lightning-fast at the missing-nin. He took a flying leap in the air and proceeded to kick his right food at a horizontal angle with extreme skill and style. His form resembled that of a dragon preparing to strike. He proceeded to follow up with a second kick from his left foot by rotating 360 degrees while in the air. Having still not landed, he flipped himself upside down and began to kick in a helicopter form, throwing kick after kick after kick using both feet.

With so much happening at once, Kamui seemed to be at a disadvantage. The Genin pulled out some blades that made him look like a wolf or a wolverine while the two jounin flew at him with a frontal approach. "Honestly now, I do believe I gave my name out. Do you really think its wise to be taking on a Yato in close combat? Don't be mad if I accidentally kill ya~" Kamui said. The Jounin sent kicks at him. Elementary. The kicks would be deadly against a normal opponent, yet they could hardly do anything to the steel-like muscles of a Yato. Kamui thrusted the point of his umbrella into the ground, with enough force to get it wedged in their really well, and dodged the Jounin's barrage of kicks, finally grabbing his leg as the kunoichi tried to cut him in half. Kamui picked his umbrella out of the ground to block the sword.

"Please do try harder. I'm tryin to have fun here. You all don't wanna die without havin fun right?" Kamui let go of the male's leg and jumped away the two of them. The kunoichi was using some strange jutsu. It would be hard to hit her without doing damage to himself. Kamui smiled as he got an idea and then once again entered a ready position, waiting for the next attack.

One word could describe Kizoku in that one moment; amazed. The female had summoned this barrier type jutsu of sorts while the male was an excellent hand-to-hand combat fighter. Er... foot-to-hand combat fighter. But what really amazed the Genin was the fact that Kamui blocked each attack without even looking like he broke a sweat! If this was what could be accomplished in just a few years time, then Kizoku was far away from any of this. The only thing that the Genin remembered from his Bingo Book entry on the Yato was that he had almost solid steel muscles. And Kizoku had almost nothing in his arsenal that would do any serious damage to him. In fact, besides Academy Jutsu, Kizoku only had one other attack, and he surely wasn't going to pull out his trump card on his first attack. It would be pointless!

Without thinking though, Kizoku crouched and ran forward at the highest speed he could -one that the Jounin and Missing-Ninja easily dwarfed- and almost dragged his claws on the ground as he did so. Once he got within a few feet of the Missing-Ninja, Kizoku jumped to the left and with his feet, ricocheted off the rock he landed on and twisted in the air. Once the Genin was close to Kamui, Kizoku would slash thrice at his upper back, chest and/or head depending on what was closest. The Genin however wasn't ready for any retaliation from the elder teen and continue on with his attack.

Jojo expected as much when her blade was blocked. She herself didn't have much effective jutsu at the moment that she knew so she would have to rely on her taijutsu ability but then noticed that the missing nin had moved backwards and that her genin ally was moving in for attack though she herself knew her jutsu was holding up greatly. The dark matter of raton chakra forming around her body kept her energized and didn't make her tire right now as she would have done a back flip and stabbed her sword into the tree she jumped in as she balanced like that, crouched against a tree, as she eyed the opponent and kept her wits about her as she smiled lightly, her ninjutsu perfect for the situation.

(Short)

Kagero, slightly annoyed at the fact that his foot was caught, reached behind both sides of his neck and pulled out his two katanas. As he unsheathed them, he ran at the missing-nin, jumped into the air and began once again spinning like a helicopter, but this time, using his blades instead of his feet.

(OOC: Still on my iPod, so forgive the short posts.)

Kamui was surprised to see the Genin run at him, despite the fact that he had just single handedly held back two Jounin. Even more surprising was the male Jounin was running in for more as well. The only smart one seemed to be the green haired kunoichi. Kamui first got ready to defend against the Jounin, as even though the Genin ran in first, the Jounin was much faster. Kamui ducked under the spinning blades and grabbed a piece of the man's clothing, and using just a bit of his Yato strength, threw him to the side, and then blocked the Genin's claws with his umbrella. Although when the Genin attacked his head, it pulled a bit of the cloth from his face and Kamui rushed to keep it on, getting cut in the process. Kamui then jumped back yet again and opened his umbrella above him to readjust the bandages.

"Whoo~! That was close! I don't feel like gettin burned anytime soon~! Good job though Kizoku-kun!" Kamui said, surprised that the kid had almost put him in a life or death situation. Kamui then yelled to the Jounin. "Heya~! Don't get mad at me for askin so late, but what are your names?" he said. Despite his skills, Kamui acted very childish. It was like this was all a game.

Kizoku was speechless when he landed almost too softly on his feet. The metal claws he held so near and dear to him had blood, and the crimson haired Genin knew that it wasn't his own. His attack -which in all honesty was something he came up with on the spot- had worked, even if it was slightly, and what was better was it worked on a Missing-Ninja! Finally, he felt like he could do something in this world to protect his village and his comrades. Intent on his next attack, Kizoku thought briefly. How could he get in another attack on this man? Sure he could watch and wait, but was that what he was taught at Academy? To wait around? No! With him being behind the man who used the suffix of -kun on his name, Kizoku smiled, an attack forming in his head.

Preforming a hand sign, Kizoku would mutter the words, "Bunshin no Jutsu" creating one copy of himself which would run out in front of the man, and try to do the same attack that Kizoku just did but at a different angle; even though the Bunshin clearly cannot attack. When Kamui was distracted with the Bunshin, the crimson haired Kitai would rush forward -being careful not to step on anything that would make noise- and stop at Kamui's back, slashing the metal claws in an x-shaped motion. If the attack were to succeed, Kizoku would back-flip in order to get away from a retaliation attempt that was surely imminent.

Spoiler:

Jojo's attack would be considered by far more prominent in the fact that her skill was a good defense so with such a defense she would pull the sword back out and kick off the tree leaving it in a mess from the electricity on her body. The plasma ball technique was wrapping around her and she charged forward and once in range she would begin stabbing and slashing at her opponent within moments and when they were blocked, if they were, she would perform a sweep kick with her charged leg that had the electricity on it and then adding to all this effective attacking she would continue her rampage with her own style. Upon the sweep kick proving to be failure or sucess she would jump back and at that time she would throw two senbon she took from her hips and directed them towards the neck of her opponent while the genin and jounin comrades would head forwards with their frontal attack. This was relatively fast paced and Jojo no doubt had air to catch.

Kagero kicked himself up off the ground and about 4 feet into the air. He landed on his feet seemingly effortlessly. He looked at the missing-nin. He smirked slightly at the thought of having an actual fight. "Are you really sure you want me to get serious? You might not survive." Upon finishing his sentence, Kagero lunged once again at the missing-nin, his swords in attack formation in both hands. He slashed his two swords one at a time about 20 times, and each time produced a wave of what seemed to be an energy of sorts. The waves of energy flew at amazing speeds toward the missing-nin. Kagero assumed a double kendo-style fighting stance.

The three of them were much too serious about this fight. The kunoichi and the Genin didn't seem to be having fun while the other Jounin was a little too into it. Kamui lived to fight but the 3 of them had done nothing to get him excited about this "fight". With the exception of the Genin getting lucky, they had hardly done anything to him. And they just kept coming at him with the same tactics. As they rushed in again, Kamui got ready to block each of their respected attacks, but was thrown off by the Genin once again. There were two of him! Of course one was a bunshin but how was he supposed to tell which one was real? He had been taught by the King of Yato once a long time ago but...Kamui was never one to listen to his lessons...at least as long as their was food around. Kamui didn't feel like working hard to dodge the Jounins while figuring out the Genin's moves so he decided to finally go on the offensive. Kamui, using the full power of his strength, jumped high into the air, and threw his umbrella down into the point which the three had been rushing towards. The force created almost an explosion as large pieces of rubble and dust flew everywhere. Kamui fell on a piece of the ribble and leaped back from the column of dust. 

"Heya! If any of ya guys are alive say something! I still havn't gotten your names! And please hurry, I'm getting hungry again! Maybe one of ya can treat me when we're done?" he said. Kamui reached down to pick up his umbrella but then realized thats what he had used to attack just now. It felt strange not holding it. Hopefully they'd be nice and give it back to him.

The Genin's plan had gone almost perfectly, he could see confusion in the Missing-Ninja's eyes through his Bunshin. But then, Kamui went on the offensive.. Kizoku watched as the salmon haired teen launched himself in the air and marveled at the rate of speed it happened. He didn't even have time to slash with his claws! The Kitai male hesitated and watched as Kamui went to throw his umbrella and released it at a high speed. It scared Kizoku as time seemed to slow down, but he managed to preform the five hand-signs even with his limited hand motion; but just barely. No sooner had he felt himself be transported away, the umbrella hit exactly where he was standing. A log now replaced the Genin's body and said log was now incinerated as if it had just been through a fire.

Kizoku had just only touched the ground of the tree he was behind when the explosion happened and he almost didn't brace himself. But the Genin hunkered down behind the tree trunk and dug his precious claws into the ground, trying to hold his position. The blast took half of the tree away with it, and almost Kizoku's head if he hadn't ducked just seconds before. The Genin's heart raced, he had never been put in a life-or-death situation like this before and it scared him. The boy finally peered over the broken tree that still hid him -barely- and looked around. He could see Kamui standing tall but far away from his umbrella. But, he couldn't see Jojo or the other Jonin whom he hadn't learned the name of.

'Please don't be dead, please don't be dead,'
