After reviewing your application, it has been denied, for several reason(s).
• These two weapons need more of a description, it's to plain and simple to those who decide to view it.
• Kenta, doesn't have the right abilities deserving it's place as a S Rank Weapon.
• What does it mean by "Summon Seal" that allows Itachi to "Summon is by will"?
• Shioshi, what if it can conduct chakra in it? Does it do anything special with it?

After reviewing your application again, there are just a few little reason(s), that I'd like you to edit.
- Nekura is more fit to be a C Rank-Weapon, that can take B Rank attacks, that will not crack.
- Pockets those are bit too OP. 50 weapons each tattoo? More like those both can store UP to 65 weapons in total.That's more better, although you can be S-Rank Missing-Nin, you are no more higher than a Kage rank, you shouldn't have so much weapons. No shinobi have more than 70 weapons in life.
