The user and Eagle take no effect due to their own powers of ears, eyes and nose.

When this jutsu is activated, the person who has fallen into it will take big damage due to being stunned of the transformation. Once hit, there is no turning back. It can deal damage, and black and attack. Although it can seem like a Genjutsu, it's simply still a Ninjutsu.
