Home Village: Sunagakure
Clan History: The Hokkai clan wasn't born until a 30 years after the war had begun. All shinobi thought of having a clan that could manipulate some kind of animal, and the animal is the all mighty Eagle. At first they started off only having 10 members in the clan. But once people started having their own children, they were new members of Hokkai. The clan was never highly ranked due to not really using their Eagles always in battle, but once they mastered the power of controlling/manipulating the eagle, they had become imperial masters of the Hokkai Eagle Manipulation. The clan had almost become extinct until only a few children that had survived the the cleanup of debris from war, they became the leftover ancestors of the clan. They all became much powerful than ever, but nothig had changed.
The clan was reborn, but nothing had changed until 10 years later. Many people had decided to become a Hokkai but maybe that wasn't there real bloodline clan. Logan became one of the clan, but he wasn't even the real Hokkai clan member, he was a loner until someone adopted him to get the clan and avenge the clan. That was the most latest history of the Hokkai clan, nothing further had happened, not even being reborn yet.. All survivors of the Hokkai are scattered upon the Shinobi Nations..
